In an interview, Duncan admitted that releasing Keeper, The Outer Worlds 2, and Ninja Gaiden 4 almost simultaneously in October was too dense, even though the projects are aimed at different audiences. In the future, Xbox intends to space out releases more:

Ideally, we want to distribute releases so that games have their own, as we call it, “breathing room.” Our own release schedule is one thing, but at the same time, we have to keep track of the release schedules of everyone else.
The main takeaway is not to release our games at the same time. I think we've already taken that into account. You need to give projects some air, even if there are almost no truly free windows.

Duncan separately touched on the topic of GTA VI. The game is coming out in mid-November — one of the most in-demand periods for releases — and just four days after the 25th anniversary of Xbox.

According to him, Xbox is monitoring whether Rockstar will decide to postpone GTA VI, but other factors also have to be taken into account when planning:

Rockstar will do what they see fit. My job is to make the best decisions for our games. There are always other projects and circumstances to consider.

The situation is complicated by the fact that Fable and Halo: Campaign Evolved are still in active development and are not guaranteed to be released on schedule. At the same time, Xbox currently has too many major projects, and the key task is to find suitable windows. A possible postponement of GTA VI to 2027 could partially simplify this task.
