The balance of power in Manchuria has changed.
The authors of the grand strategy Europa Universalis V have released a dev diary dedicated to update 1.1. They talked about the new features and changes.
Special attention was given to Germany, namely Brandenburg and Prussia.
They introduced a new disaster "Unrest in Brandenburg":

For the German powers in 1.1, they also prepared new improvements for the German cultural group, new events, and more.
The creators of Europa Universalis V reworked the balance of power in Manchuria. New states were added, including a formable Mongolia; characters and dynasties; cultures and population were updated; and ports in China were revised.
The EUV authors also noted that a lot of work "was done to improve existing situations, fix bugs, and make adjustments." For example, they resolved many bugs related to the Hundred Years' War.
