The developers are gradually fixing the game and delivering new content.
The creators of the MMO shooter PIONER have presented update 0.1.1, "Depths of Tartarus." It includes new content as well as technical improvements and balance changes.
Players can now earn achievements in the Steam version, head into the "Crab Island" raid, hide headwear in the skins machine, stack larger amounts of resources, and more.
Some of the new features and improvements:
- New PvP map "Dawn," available for the 6x6 "Skirmish" mode;
- Added the ability to convert resources from rare (blue) to uncommon (green);
- Fixed incorrect buy and sell multipliers for some traders;
- Added a chance to obtain rare (purple) weapon blanks from mini-bosses in the Midlands;
- Increased the drop chances for leather, plastic, and fabric;
- Changed repair materials and prices for rare and unique gear;
- Fixed matchmaking for raid search;
- Resource stacks have been increased from 100 to 250 units;
- Optimization of game servers;
- Map loading has been sped up;
- Improved optimization of RAM usage;
- Implemented a data pre-caching system that removes many stutters across all game locations;
- Reworked the point-gain system in world events so that more players can earn the maximum reward tier;
- Improved NPC behavior, voice-over, and player navigation in quests in the Bandit Wasteland, Mushroom Plain, and the Midlands;
- Fixed "shimmering" and vegetation shadow artifacts in the Mushroom Plain and Gloomy Swamps locations;
- Fixed numerous collision bugs.
- Fixed numerous visual issues, asset placement problems, and clipping;
