The WWE 2K series remains the leading one for fans of virtual wrestling, regularly adding new modes, stars, and spectacular matches. The new installment promises to become one of the most impressive in the series.
The trailer, shown during Royal Rumble, demonstrated fight footage and new match types — Inferno Match and Dumpster Match, as well as new weapons, including thumbtacks. The feature also hinted at the appearance of a special ROH CM Punk variant.
Improved destruction physics were also shown: in one scene, Rhea Ripley crashes through the top of the cage with her opponent, finishing the move onto two tables.
WWE 2K26 will be released on March 13, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. Owners of the King of Kings, Attitude Era, and Monday Night Raw editions will receive early access from March 6.
