Valve is summing up the results of its traditional Steam user survey. The company collected information about the hardware used, the selected language, and the operating system.
The results of the survey for January 2026 have recently appeared. On Steam, there has been a decline in the popularity of the English language and a slight increase in the share of Simplified Chinese.
Russian is still in the top 3 most popular languages, and its share increased by almost 0.99% compared to last month.
