The developers of Battle Brothers invite players to venture into the distant future.
At the beginning of February, the creators of Battle Brothers returned with a new project, Menace, which they launched in "early access" format.
This is a tactical game in which players are offered the chance to take command of marines, mercenaries, and criminals in the distant Fringe system, where "lawlessness reigns and pirate captains, shady corporations, and fragmented planetary governments hold sway".
Players will have to lead the fight against aliens, respond to distress signals, and organize operations:
You determine the order of actions yourself. Receiving distress signals from different planets, you decide which ones to answer, which resources to deploy, and when to enter battle based on your level of readiness. These decisions determine your reputation among local factions and what concessions they will be willing to make for you
The first reviews of Menace on Steam are "very positive," with a rating of 80%.
