Legend of Zelda Celebrates 40th Anniversary: Bandai Namco Unveils Weapon Collection
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda series, Bandai Namco has released a collection of weapon replicas from the game.
The set will include miniature versions of the Master Sword, Hylian Shield, Royal Claymore, Silver Longsword, Scimitar of the Seven, Great Eagle Bow, Boulder Breaker, Ceremonial Trident, and a rare version of the Master Sword in its sheath.
The figures are made with high detail and include a stand engraved with the Zelda logo and a plaque with the weapon's name (currently in Japanese). The products are sold in blind boxes, which explains the low price — 450 yen ($3) each before tax. A complete set of 10 items costs 4,950 yen ($31). Chewing gum is also included in the package.
For fans outside of Japan, only importing entire sets is available, and their availability in Western stores remains limited.
The collection is scheduled for release in Japan on February 23, 2026.
