Dissatisfied individuals note that the "optimization is bad" and the game "desperately needs a patch to improve stability/performance." Most of the negative reviews are related to the technical state of the game.
Nevertheless, dissatisfaction with optimization has not yet brought Nioh 3's rating down to the "red zone." The game on Steam has "mostly positive" reviews (71% rating after several hundred reviews).
