Blizzard to change An Ran's appearance in Overwatch - after criticism for similar faces of heroines

Recently, Blizzard introduced several characters for Overwatch at once, including An Ran. Some players noticed that the girl's appearance had changed significantly compared to what was previously shown in the animated video.

In the process of comparison, another point was noted — An Ran's appearance is very similar to the faces of other girls, which also became a reason for criticism.

Overwatch game director Aaron Keller responded — An Ran's appearance will be updated during the first season. The new version has not yet been presented.

The developers are currently "in discussion" about changing the appearance. They acknowledge that the heroine could look even better and more like the image shown in the animated video.
