After the release of the 4.0 pre-load version, some Trailblazers using PS5 encountered a problem that prevented them from logging into the game after completing the pre-load.
Soon, the developers of Honkai Star Rail announced a successful solution to the problem and suggested reinstalling the game. Nothing was said about compensation.

The release of Honkai Star Rail 4.0 update is expected on February 13. Players will receive the traditional compensation of 300 Stellar Jades for technical work related to the installation of the new version of the game.
