The developers of Kingdom Come: Deliverance have confirmed the rumors and offered players serious improvements - completely free of charge. The version for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S is already available.
This is a free update, not a paid "upgrade" with an additional patch. And we are talking about improvements that in many cases could easily be sold as a separate edition.
Warhorse has refined almost everything on the screen – the game received new textures, lighting, geometry and draw distance, thanks to which the visual level has become noticeably higher. The new version adds the ability to enable or disable part of the HD textures for a stable 60 fps. Loading times have also been reduced – on PS5 they are four times faster than on PS4.
The visual leap is truly enormous, and the first video comparison only confirms this.
