Projects on GitHub have come into the view of lawyers.
Recently, users noticed that Nintendo's lawyers launched a new attack on various Switch console emulators.
Reports have emerged of DMCA strikes against several emulators distributed via GitHub. They were sent to both active projects and those that are no longer supported (like Sudachi).
Such projects usually have backups, but removal from GitHub will still complicate the search for Nintendo Switch emulators. Other platforms and private channels may be used to publish files.
