Insider Dusk Golem (AestheticGamer), who turned out to be right about Leon's appearance in Resident Evil Requiem, recently shared new information about Capcom's alleged plans.

According to his information, the company may start delivering projects in the style of Call of Duty — one new game / remake per year.

He stated that the development of Resident Evil Requiem was delayed — RE9 was originally planned to be released back in 2023. Due to the resulting delay, the gap between the release with the next conditional "Resident Evil 10" may be smaller than usual.

The insider claims that the release of Resident Evil 10 is tentatively scheduled for 2029, but a transfer to 2030-2031 is not excluded if problems arise with the development.

As far as Dusk Golem "heard from fairly reliable sources," an addition is planned for Resident Evil Requiem and it is in an advanced stage of development.

Earlier there were rumors that the remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica may be released in 2027, and in 2028 — an updated version of Resident Evil Zero.
