Cosplayer Creates Heavy Mechanized Infantry Gear from Trench Crusade

Cosplayer Inspectornumber6 has unveiled the armor of a heavy mechanized infantryman from the Trench Crusade universe, eager to destroy heretical legions, horrific demons, and the undead spreading plague and tumors.

User Inspectornumber6 has prepared a pleasant gift for fans of New Antioch from the Trench Crusade tabletop game universe. He published photos featuring a cosplay of a heavy mechanized infantryman.

The creation of the gear, which weighs almost 28 kg, took him about 700 hours of printing and a dozen cans of paint. In the future, the equipment will receive many improvements, so the current version is far from the final version of his creation.

Such armor can easily withstand a barrage of bullets and direct hits from most types of weapons, with the exception of the most destructive projectiles. In new models, diesel engines and hydraulic pistons provide additional power, but even simple movement in this armor requires endurance far exceeding the capabilities of an ordinary person.

The strength and hardness of the alloy are so great that most foundry workers are unable to give it the desired shape. People seeking to use this equipment must go through many physical and psychological tests, as well as survive real battles during raids and operations.

After certain rituals, the bodies of the contenders undergo significant changes: muscle fibers grow faster than usual, bones become denser and harder, and the level of aggression increases markedly.

By the age of nineteen, the contender either dies or becomes worthy of wearing the armor. If necessary, the bones of the fighters are broken and re-fused to match the issued suit. Amputations are also performed regularly to allow soldiers to fully control this equipment.
