In docked mode, the water quality has been improved. In portable format on Nintendo Switch 2, the developers have increased the smoothness of animations.
The SwitchUp editorial team compared the versions before and after the update. If the frequency often dropped to 25 fps during battles, now the game more often holds 30 frames per second. There is still no complete stability, but in problem scenes, performance has increased by about 3–4 frames.
SSR reflections on water are still absent in portable format. At the same time, the patch eliminated critical errors that led to freezes.
The update was released two months after the release. This raises the question of whether it was worth releasing the version for Switch 2 before the main technical refinement was completed.
