Despite personal burnout, Scott announced the creation of two non-profit organizations – in Europe and the USA.

Their task is long-term lobbying and counterweight to publishers. The European structure will be headed by German activist Moritz Katzner. The goal is to include the demands of players in the Digital Fairness Act or in the revision of the directive on digital content.

Scott stated that a permanent presence in the European Commission will allow them to "monitor" server shutdowns and give players instructions on how to complain.

According to the initiators, publishers spend large sums on lobbyists, although the implementation of a simple "end-of-support plan", such as an offline mode after the servers are shut down, would hardly affect the budget.

The plan is to turn the initiative into a global movement.
