The change of CEO at Xbox is notable: for more than ten years, Phil Spencer tried to restore the brand's position after the failed launch of Xbox One.
The new head, Asha Sharma, has begun communicating with players to understand their expectations. Recently, one player wrote to her that it was exclusives — Halo, Gears, Forza, Fable — that shaped Xbox’s identity and should remain available only on the brand’s consoles.
Her reply, "we hear you," instantly spread across the X network and was perceived as a sign of hope for the return of Xbox’s old exclusive-policy approach.
