Nexon recently announced that the head of Embark Studios, Patrick Söderlund, has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The manager will receive "broad authority over the company's long-term strategy, creative direction, and methods of developing Nexon games worldwide." Patrick will define the strategic direction for Nexon, and the CEO will implement the plans.
Patrick Söderlund will retain his position as head of Embark Studios:
