Call of Duty is showing positive results in internal tests on the Nintendo Switch 2. This was reported by Windows Central editor Jez Corden in a podcast.
According to him, Microsoft is obligated to release the series on Nintendo consoles as part of agreements with regulators, so the release is only a matter of time.
I heard that testing COD 2 on Switch went pretty well. I will try to get updated information on this matter in the near future.
Corden emphasized that the release of the series on the new platform is not an assumption:
It will be released. This is not a revelation — they are contractually obligated to release Call of Duty on Switch in one form or another. It will definitely be released.
At the same time, the specific part has not yet been named.
I don't know which one.
According to him, this may be the current release of the series, but other options are not excluded:
Perhaps they will choose one of the old parts if it is easier to port. Maybe it will be Warzone.
