Genshin Impact Disables Donations and Removes PS4 Version from PlayStation Store

Support for the game on the old console is gradually being phased out.

Recently, the creators of Genshin Impact introduced update 6.4 ("Luna V. Song of the Hollow Moon: Variation - Return of the Wind Catcher") and reminded that the game will soon cease to be supported on the PlayStation 4 console.

miHoYo (HoYoverse) announced that the PS4 version of Genshin Impact has been removed from the PlayStation Store, and in-game purchases have been disabled.

Players who already have Genshin in their library can still update the project and play on PS4.

After the completion of version "Luna V" (April 2026), the PlayStation4 version of Genshin Impact will stop receiving updates. miHoYo recommends that users continue playing on PlayStation 5 or other devices.
