In 2026, thanks to a new statue from Iron Studios, the famous Sith Lord Darth Vader from the "Star Wars" universe will visit feudal Japan and transform into a samurai.
Iron Studios has presented a new collectible item for "Star Wars" fans. They announced that pre-orders are open for a 1/10 scale Darth Vader statue, made in the style of samurai aesthetics.
People wishing to purchase it will have to pay $259.99 (20,175 rubles). The statue is 25.6 cm high, 12.2 cm wide, 17.6 cm deep, and weighs 940 grams.
In this interpretation, the character appears in a guise inspired by the image of warriors from feudal Japan, which emphasizes the conceptual connection between the codes of honor of the Sith and samurai — an idea that greatly influenced the creation of the "Star Wars" saga.
The sculptors have meticulously worked out the armor, fabric textures, and stylized helmet. The painting skillfully highlights contrasts and gives the surface a metallic sheen, while the thematic stand completes the oriental composition. The statue is expected to be released between October and December 2026.
Those who want to get a closer look at this novelty should watch the recording of the event Inside Iron Studios Day — Darth Vader is shown there from the 29th minute and 51st second.
