This result coincided with the final phase of preparations for the global release. On social media, the developers thanked the community for its support, confirming the game's status as one of the year's most anticipated premieres.
Players will take on the role of Kliff, the leader of the Greymanes mercenary group. The goal is to unite the scattered squad and confront powerful warring factions on the continent of Pywel. The combat system promises dynamic clashes with weapons and the use of magic. Crafting and trading are also included.
Crimson Desert will be released on March 20, 2026, with 3 million wishlists already accumulated well ahead of launch.
