Players are solving the problem themselves.

Recently, updates were released for Escape from Tarkov and EFT: Arena. Steam users soon encountered a problem.

A single launcher is used to launch the main EFT and the online shooter Escape from Tarkov: Arena. A recent update broke something in the update system, and now "Arena" does not launch through the Steam version of the launcher.

Members of the Escape from Tarkov community found a solution to the problem — to get the EFT: Arena update, you need to open the launcher through the game folder:

In Steam, you need to click the [Escape from Tarkov] icon, open local files, run the launcher executable there, and update it. If you just press Play in Steam, the launcher opens and there is no update. Tarkov moment
