Crytek has unveiled a trailer for the "Devil's Trail" event for Hunt: Showdown 1896. In spirit, it will be close to the hardcore extraction shooter Escape from Tarkov, as supply and evacuation points will be hidden at the start of the mission.
However, finding the necessary points is still made easier, as players will have several options.
They will either have to find these points on their own, or discover reconnaissance maps that will reveal them.
In addition, evacuation points are revealed after receiving a reward, banishing a boss, or using the "Chariot" Tarot card.
New points of interest, "Reconnaissance Towers," will also be introduced. Each mission will feature two towers containing interactive reconnaissance maps that reveal hidden locations, as well as new Tarot cards, custom ammunition, and skills.
The "Devil's Trail" event in Hunt: Showdown 1896 is scheduled to launch on March 18.
