Soon, the Resident Evil 2 remake will return in a new format. Capcom, together with Bandai Namco Experience, will present a version for arcade machines.
In terms of gameplay and content, the game will differ significantly. It is a shooter, and players will be offered a "realistic weapon controller," for which a sense of recoil will be simulated.
An additional immersion effect will be created by a vibrating floor and an "airflow effect" (the player is affected with compressed air depending on events in the game).
The arcade version of the Resident Evil 2 remake will support co-op play for two players.
Judging by the trailer, players will be able to encounter the monster from Resident Evil 3.
