The update expands the garage with three cars. Players now have access to the Hurricane, a powerful American car designed for aggressive driving and collisions. The Japanese coupe Nami and the School Bus, which is well-suited for chaotic derbies, have also been added to the game.
The new content also includes the Dalsbanen track. The route is designed for dynamic and unpredictable racing, where both driver skill and vehicle durability are important.
Content Update #06 also introduces a new Waypoint Race mode. In this mode, participants do not complete standard laps but must sequentially mark checkpoints on the track, which changes the nature of the race, encouraging a more tactical driving style.
In addition to the new content, the developers have added fixes and gameplay improvements. The update includes additional challenges for players and further refinements to the physics and vehicle destruction systems.
Wreckfest 2 is currently in early access and is regularly updated. In the coming months, the developers plan to release new cars, tracks, and modes.
