Recently, NewZoo analysts presented an overview of the gaming industry. The focus was on new projects of 2025.

Last year saw the release of the full version of Escape from Tarkov, and it was included as a "new" game — the extraction shooter by Battlestate Games turned out to be very popular.

According to NewZoo data, Escape from Tarkov accounted for approximately 1.7% of the total gaming time on PC.

According to this indicator, the game managed to surpass even Battlefield 6 (with 0.8%) and Arc Raiders (0.6%). At the same time, both of them were released earlier than the full version of "Tarkov".
