Recently, Solasta II was released on PC in Steam in an "early access" format.
This is a turn-based tactical RPG licensed by Wizards of the Coast, using the SRD 5e ruleset.
In Solasta II, players will have to create a squad of four heroes and go to the continent of Neocos to deal with their family heritage:

The authors of Solasta II offer an extended Ready Action mechanics — it will allow you to pre-set actions that trigger outside the player's turn.
The current version includes the first act (~10-15 hours of content). The full version is expected to be released in a year.
