The studio has announced the release date for the In the Jungle DLC. It will be released worldwide on June 18, 2026, and will offer about ten hours of new content. This time, Dave will travel to the tropical village of Utara. There will be new mechanics, side quests, and relationships with local residents that will affect the development of the story. At the same time, the developers announced a physical edition of the game for Nintendo Switch 2.
The DLC will also add a new Bancho Grill restaurant, locations with unknown species, and a completely new arsenal. Instead of Blue Hole, players will explore a huge lake with new threats, dishes, and opportunities for exploration.
