In the first week after release, the game sold three million copies. Players have already made more than 25 million raids. The developers clarified that they started collecting statistics only after the launch, so the real number of playthroughs is even higher. The scale of interest shows that the community quickly accepted the new part of the series.
The Mega Crit team is already working on the next updates. Plans include multiplayer improvements, Steam Workshop support, as well as balance changes and the scoring system. A detailed roadmap has not yet been revealed, but players can already test future edits in the beta version.
So far, Slay the Spire 2 is only available on PC in early access. The developers are considering possible console versions only after the full version of the game is released.
