The console was released more than 10 years ago and until recently was considered by many to be "unhackable", but a loophole in the protection was still found.
The Xbox One is hacked using a hardware attack, Gaasedelen soldered wires and manipulated the voltage at certain points when the system was booting, which disrupted the execution of instructions.
Thanks to a series of several failures, you can bypass the Xbox One protection block - one of the operations that is responsible for activating the block is skipped.
As a result, the researcher was able to gain access to the system. This will allow tech enthusiasts to decrypt data and execute unsigned code.
