In 2027, thanks to Prime 1 Studio, fans of illustrator Lee Bermejo and the DC universe will be able to purchase a 1/4 scale Joker statue based on the graphic novel of the same name by Brian Azzarello. Pre-orders for this collectible item, intended for those over 18, are already open.
Back in 2008, "Joker" was released — a graphic novel written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Lee Bermejo. The comic takes place in an alternate reality with a film noir atmosphere.
In 2019, Prime 1 Studio presented a 1/3 scale Joker statue based on this comic (Bermejo even served as a concept designer for it). Now it has become known that the collectible item is returning, but in 1/4 scale.
The regular version of the statue can be pre-ordered for $999 (81,165 rubles), and the deluxe version for $1199 (97,414 rubles). The reddened eyeballs, realistically torn mouth, and yellowish teeth are frightening.
The pale facial features have been updated thanks to improved sculpting and painting. From the flowing coat to the exotic leather shoes, every detail accurately conveys Bermejo's style.
The special base includes motifs from the comic "Batman: Noel": Batman, deprived of freedom, Robin, appearing from the side, and the Bat-Signal, carved from behind. The placement of these elements under the Joker's feet further emphasizes his superiority.
The wide-open mouth is a laugh that sounds like a scream. The nihilistic grin remains even after a fatal blow. The kit includes three interchangeable heads and two stands for them. Owners of the deluxe set will receive an additional head inspired by the comic "Batman: Damned" and another stand.
The height of the statue is 53 cm, width is 36 cm, depth is 34 cm, weight is 10.35 kg. The release is expected between August and November 2027. Trailers: first, second.
