Resurrection Games has opened pre-orders for the tabletop card game with a trick-taking mechanic, Game of Thrones: Masters of Intrigue, designed for 3–5 players and based on the universe of the "Game of Thrones" series. The game is currently available for $24.95 (2073 rubles).
In this project, participants become conspirators and strategists from all over Westeros. Every decision is important: who to ally with, when to support the authorities, and when to stab in the back and seize control. Hidden intrigues, changing sympathies, and precise timing become the keys to victory.
With Houses such as the Starks, Lannisters, Targaryens, and others, each game recreates the ruthless politics of Westeros in less than an hour. The tabletop game is suitable for users looking for unexpected twists, bold moves, and unforgettable betrayals.
Game of Thrones: Masters of Intrigue takes place over several rounds called chapters. One of the players becomes the Hand of the King and begins the chapter by opening the first cycle of intrigues.
This player chooses a card and places it on the table. The others decide whether to support the leading House (by playing a card of the same House) or rise up against it (by playing a card of a different House).
Tricks are distributed depending on how many cards of allies and rebels were played. The goal is to score points in each cycle. Cycles of intrigue continue until all cards have been played, after which scoring begins.
The player with the most points by the end of the game wins and is proclaimed King or Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men. The release of the board game is scheduled for June 15, 2026.
