Selena Coyle was undergoing treatment at the Rhodes-Hill Medical Center for a diagnosed hysterical personality disorder. She often wandered around the facility, humming and putting on impromptu performances.
When the T-virus outbreak occurred at the medical center, triggered by Director Victor Gideon, Selena was among those infected. The virus strain retained a part of her consciousness. Her main attack is a powerful scream that can stun the player and prevent them from running for a few seconds.
