Resident Evil Requiem Learned to Complete in 1.5 Hours on Hardcore Difficulty

Speedrunners of Resident Evil Requiem have already begun to successfully run through the entire game in a few hours.

Some do runs on the hardcore difficulty Insanity, in which enemies become significantly stronger, which increases the risk of death. However, such challenges have not become a particular obstacle for fans of speedrunning.

Resident Evil Requiem is completed in less than 2 hours, for example Distortion2 managed to do it in 1 hour 58 minutes 53 seconds:

spicee was able to complete Resident Evil Requiem even faster — it took him 1 hour 34 minutes 42 seconds.

However, there is a nuance: these are runs that used an allowed mod to skip the intro.

The current record holder in the category with a full playthrough of Resident Evil Requiem on "Insanity" is Bdud5 — his result is 2 hours 8 minutes 13 seconds.
