The developers have heard feedback about connection issues to the servers.
The cooperative shooter John Carpenter's Toxic Commando from Saber Interactive studio was recently released.
The developers thanked the community for their support:
We are very happy to see how many people enjoyed the game. And we are proud that we were able to provide you with exactly the zombie horde extermination game you were waiting for! Thank you all so much for your support.
They also acknowledged the server connection issue:
We also know that some of you experienced server issues beyond our control on release day. Ensuring access to our games for everyone is our top priority, so we have been closely monitoring the situation and hope that this has not affected your gaming experience.
Saber has published a roadmap for John Carpenter's Toxic Commando and released the first "small patch," which includes "various improvements to the connection [to the servers]."
