Developers have released the first patch for Crimson Desert. It includes fixes for some quests, mechanics, and bosses, as well as the ability to rewind cutscenes.
Some changes and improvements:
- The bear will no longer kill instantly, overall damage has been adjusted
- Fixed an issue where the number of mercenaries displayed was less than the actual number in certain situations, or some mercenaries were not displayed in the list.
- Recently viewed cutscenes can be rewound faster.
- A new tutorial quest has been added at the beginning of Chapter 3 to help you master Abyss equipment faster.
- Fixed an issue where some quests would not complete or progress properly.
- The skill window now more clearly separates the names and descriptions of skills for each weapon; some descriptions and videos have been updated.
- A finishing blow has been added to Cliff's "Wolf's Maw" skill.
- Fixed an issue where the boss would attack while the player was resurrecting.
- Fixed issues where actions and processes were performed incorrectly in some boss battles.
- Improved actions during combat and visual effects of golems.
- The battle with Tenebrum in Chapter 4 has been improved: now, after dying in battle, you will not need to go through the puzzle section again.
- Fixed an issue where the voice and subtitles did not match when greeting an NPC.
- Improved animations, actions, lip-syncing, visual effects, and voice acting for some characters, including NPCs and animals.
- Fixed issues with text display, function operation, sound effects, and other aspects of the interface in some UI elements.
