Early access to Screamer will open soon. The first reviews have started to be published online.
The developers are positioning Screamer as a racing anime arcade with fighting elements:

Join the race against fearless daredevils who are willing to risk everything for their goal. Follow the intertwining of their stories in a fierce battle under the auspices of a mysterious leader.
Screamer received 76 points on Metacritic (21 reviews). On OpenCritic, it has 81 points (19 reviews), with 79% of critics recommending the game.
Players note balance issues in the story mode. The difficulty of the challenges jumps around: sometimes you can win a race on the first try, and sometimes you have to replay a race dozens of times.

The full release of Screamer is scheduled for March 26, but premium edition owners will be able to start playing 3 days earlier.
