Life is Strange: Reunion - a farewell, but not the end. Franchise stars look to the future

The premiere of Life is Strange: Reunion is coming. This new installment in the series from Square Enix is set to be the finale of the story of Max Caulfield and Chloe Price, but that doesn't mean the brand is dead.

Hannah Telle, who has been voicing Max for 11 years, admitted in an interview that realizing the finale was difficult for her:

During the creation of the game, I was under the impression that I was playing Max for the last time. It's hard for me to part with her and understand that I gave her everything: my life experience, traumas, pain, love, and joy. I put in everything I've been through to present her story as best as possible.

The actress added that she was happy to explore the relationship of the grown-up heroines:

They are kindred spirits. When we meet again, people change. And does the promise once given remain in force forever?

Rhianna DeVries, who voiced Chloe, is calmer about the finale, noting that she worked on the role as if it were the last time every time. Despite rumors that Reunion may be the last game in the series, the heroines from Arcadia Bay will not disappear – the story is being transferred to Prime Video screens in the form of a series.

Hannah Telle summarized:

This may be the end for Rhianna and me, but the characters are eternal. Amazon is filming a series that will reach even more people. Superman has been played by many, and I'm sure there will be many other Maxes and Chloes. But for me, it was the greatest honor of my life.
