The creators of NTE boasted that the number of registered users waiting for the release of the GTA-style project exceeded 30 million. Now Sony has joined the advertising campaign.
An advertisement has appeared on the official PlayStation channel calling for digital pre-orders of a conditionally free Chinese game. The PlayStation advertisement turned out to be inaccurate.
NTE will be free, and the pre-order concerns the "pre-order kit", which includes: Fabricated Dice (x5), De-noise Solution (x10), Elite Hunter Guide (x10), Chaotic Dye (x10), Manhole Boss (x10) and 100 thousand Beetle Coin. Most likely, all these items can be easily unlocked in the game.
NTE will have a microtransaction system for obtaining characters and skins. Blogger Stix claims that the microtransaction system promises to be one of the friendliest in the history of Chinese conditionally free projects.
Here they promise a guaranteed character after 90 attempts and the absence of an annoying 50/50 system, as in Genshin Impact. The starting set of heroes should be enough to complete the entire story without investments. How everything works in practice will become known at the release on April 29, 2026.
