It seems that such probes will be guarded by a new type of robot.
The creators of Arc Raiders continue to tease the update, which is called Flashpoint.
This time they showed the "Assessor":
It's kind of like... a probe? No, bigger. What are the ARC looking for? It seems to stay in place, no signs of aggression... well, at least not from the object itself. Celeste calls it the Assessor. It is well protected — watch the space above the treetops.
Judging by the teaser, the "Assessor" will have air cover. Previously, the developers published another video hinting at the appearance of a new flying robot.
The release of the Flashpoint update for Arc Raiders is scheduled for March 31, 2026.
