Some Escape form Tarkov fans looked into the comments and began to urge Buyanov to remove "Kappa" from the requirements for obtaining prestige.

This refers to the quest "Collector" - it opens only after completing a significant part of other tasks that are associated not only with PvE, but also with PvP content.
