An update with support for the improved PSSR technology will be released soon for Assassin's Creed Shadows. Sony decided to compare the graphics and talk about the improvements.
Players can expect a higher quality image in all modes ("Quality", "Performance", "Balanced").
Technical Director Robert Foryel noted that the improved PSSR provides "a clearer image and its exceptional stability, effectively eliminating distracting visual artifacts caused by movement and vibration, and creating a smoother, more immersive gameplay that allows players to remain fully immersed in the virtual world."
