The author of the YouTube channel Luli Studio recently showed an unofficial remake of the original Resident Evil. He used the modern Unreal Engine 5 for the work:
Experience the classic eerie atmosphere with modern Lumen lighting, dynamic third-person camera, and tense zombie gameplay. Music generated with artificial intelligence recreates the legendary feeling of fear.
Luli Studio clarified that this "gameplay concept" was created for entertainment and his portfolio. He does not plan to publish the project in open access.
Earlier, Luli Studio presented a remake of the canceled version of Resident Evil 4.
