Recently, Battlestate Games announced an engine update for the online shooter Escape from Tarkov: Arena. Some players have suggested that the main "Tarkov" will receive a similar update in the future.
Nikita Buyanov reacted to the discussion and stated:
Yes. Unity 6 will also be in Escape from Tarkov. First, we will test everything on the ETS server.
The head of Battlestate Games did not specify when the update for the main Escape from Tarkov will appear.
For Arena, the update is planned to be released in the near future. The developers promise improved performance.
