Former Art Director Glenn Israel recently made a number of accusations against the heads of Halo Studios.
He claims that favoritism and bullying of unwanted employees are rampant in the studio:
Between January 2024 and June 2025, I personally witnessed or was subjected to numerous unethical and/or illegal actions committed by Halo Studios management. These include, but are not limited to: blacklisting, fraud, widespread cronyism and favoritism (expressed in interference in the hiring process and career advancement), as well as numerous bullying campaigns aimed at forcing employees to "voluntarily" resign.
Israel said that after his complaints, a representative from the global labor relations department threatened him with "retaliatory measures" and also "promised to stop any further investigation."
He claims that in July of last year, for four days, the management harassed him and fabricated "evidence" against Israel in order to create an "artificial basis for dismissal."
As a result, according to Israel, in August his art team was temporarily transferred from an unannounced project to another, and the management presented his position as "redundant." According to the former art director, this is an "obvious act of retaliation" for his complaints.
He was allegedly promised to investigate this "act of retaliation," but in fact "they did not even conduct a superficial investigation, refusing to interview the main witnesses indicated in the original complaints."
He does not recommend getting a job at Halo Studios
