As it turned out, the developers initially planned to show how Miquella's Haligtree appeared.
The cutscene was recorded not in the game world, but on a separate map: blood was used as "fertilizer."
This cutscene has simple graphics, so it is assumed that the Elden Ring developers abandoned this idea at an early stage of development.
