This audience is actively monetized by releasing many similar primitive games in which "platinum" can be obtained very quickly and without much effort.
In addition, there are studios that release "clone" games in the style of popular projects, so they try to capitalize on the sensational name.
Regular players have long criticized Sony for selling such projects, and the company periodically cleans up the virtual store. It looks like a new wave of deletions has recently passed through the PS Store.
Players noticed that in early April, games from GOGAME Console Publisher, VRCFORGE Studios, and Welding Byte disappeared from the PlayStation Store.
Games such as I Am Busy Digging a Hole, Six Seven Nights, Tune My Car, Card Shop Game Store, Cat Life Simulator, and many others have been removed.
