Pearl Abyss' hit, Crimson Desert, received patch 1.02.00, which became a real reboot for Xbox Series X owners.
The main novelty is upscaling to 4K in performance mode. Previously, you had to choose between sharpness and smoothness, now you can get both. The first players are already calling this a turning point, noting a sharp improvement in image clarity in dynamics.
The Performance mode was previously criticized for being too soft and blurry, but now, with highly detailed upscaling, the game world has gained depth and detail at 60 frames per second. For full enjoyment of the update, it is recommended to have a TV with VRR support to smooth out rare dips to 45 frames.
The patch also improves FSR technology for all platforms, increasing visual quality, and fixes a bug with vertical synchronization (V-Sync) that interfered after returning to the console menu.
