A former military man has released Road to Vostok on Steam in "early access" format.
This is a single-player survival shooter, the events of which unfold in the post-apocalyptic border zone between Finland and Russia. Players have to fight for their lives and collect valuable loot.
In most cases, the classic extraction-shooter rules apply: upon death, the hero loses equipment and loot.
However, there is a "Vostok" zone with the most valuable loot. The maps in this zone have a system of permanent death — the player can lose everything.
